Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Basement Waterproofing Systems in Amston, CT

A customer in Amston, CT was getting water in their basement and called us to find a permanent solution to this problem. One of our Sales Consultants, James Stablein, met with the customer in their home to assess the issues and give them a solution that would eliminate water in the basement for good! Delfino Mones, one of our Foremen, and his crew installed this project. The components of this waterproofing system include our WaterGuard drainage system, our TripleSafe sump pump, CleanSpace vapor barrier, and our Sedona dehumidifier. This basement stays dry all the time, giving the customer peace of mind!

Before Waterproofing

This basement had been getting water in it for many years and needed a permanent solution.

WaterGuard, TrenchDrain, TripleSafe

Our WaterGuard drainage system gets installed around the entire perimeter, below the floor to collect water coming in from thew walls. Then our TrenchDrain is installed above to collect large amounts of water that may come in from the top of the floor (could be due to the basement entrance). Our TripleSafe sup pump takes the collected water and pumps it out fo the home at a safe distance.

WaterGuard and CleanSpace

WaterGuard drains are installed below the floor and covered with new cement (as seen in the image). CleanSpace vapor barrier was installed on the wall to direct water from the walls into the drains below.
