This customer was getting water in their basement and called us at Connecticut Basement Systems to get a solution. We sent out one of our Sales Consultants, Josh Kroop, to the home to assess the issues and propose a solution. One of our Foremen, Moises Chantes, and his crew would then install this job. They installed our WaterGuard drainage system below the floor to collect water coming in from the walls and floors. Then they installed our SuperSump Plus sump pump to pump out the collected water safely from the home. Now they have a dry basement!
