Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Basement Waterproofing Systems in Norwalk, CT

A customer in Norwalk, CT had water coming into their basement. They called us at Connecticut Basement Systems and we sent out one of our Sales Consultants, Vin Orsini, who went to the home to propose a permanent solution to this problem. Soon it would be time for one of our Foremen, Delfino Mones, and his crew to work on this project. First, they installed our WaterGuard drainage system below the floor around the entire perimeter of the basement to collect the water. Then they installed our TripleSafe sump pump which will take all of the collected water and pump it out of the home at a safe distance. CleanSpace vapor barrier was installed on all the basement walls. These systems will keep this basement dry!

This basement had water seepage and needed a full perimeter waterproofing system.

TripleSafe

Our crew installed our TripleSafe sump pump which uses 3 pumps; a primary, a secondary, and a battery backup.

TrenchDrain and WaterGuard

WaterGuard was installed below the floor, around the entire perimeter of the basement. It gets covered with new concrete, after jackhammering and laying down the drains. A TrenchDrain was installed and will capture any water coming in from on top of the floor.
