Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Waterproofing in North Haven, CT

A homeowner in North Haven was getting water seepage in their basement, so they called us to find a solution to this problem. One of our Sales Consultants, Jeff Wade, went out to the home to assess the issues and propose a solution that would ensure this water problem is eliminated for good. One of our Foremen, Cisco Berrios, and his crew installed this job. They installed our WaterGuard drainage system to collect water coming in from the walls and floors. Then they installed our TripleSafe sump pump to take the collected water and pump it out of the home at a safe distance. Our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier will eliminate moisture and mold growth. Now this basement will stay dry with this permanent solution!

Our TripleSafe uses three pumps; a primary, a secondary, and a battery backup that can pump 11,500 gallons of water out on a full charge. Our Sedona dehumidifier eliminates moisture and mold growth, keeping the space healthy.

Although not visible, WaterGuard drains are installed below the floor and covered with new concrete. They collect water coming in from the walls (with help from CleanSpace leading the way) and from below the floor.
