Basement Prior to Waterproofing
There were multiple areas of this basement getting water seepage, and our Salesmen proposed 3 sump pumps.
SuperSump Plus
Our crew installed our SuperSump Plus sump pump that will pump out collected water from the drainage system out of the home. This is done through a proper discharge line that is placed far enough away from the home.
In Need of an Upgrade
They had an existing sump pump in this area but it was not working properly for this basement.
SuperSump Plus
Another sump pump was installed and here you can also see the CleanSpace vapor barrier on the walls. This leads directly into the WaterGuard drain system that is below the floor.
WaterGuard Drains
Our crew installs WaterGuard drains below the floor, along the entire perimeter of the basement. This is done by jackhammering the floor, laying down the drains, and covering them with new concrete. These will collect water coming in from the walls or floors and get directly into all 3 of the sump pumps throughout the basement.
