Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Waterproofing Systems in Madison, CT

At this home in Madison, they were getting water seepage in their basement and needed a permanent solution. We sent one of our Sales Consultants, Mick Foster, out to the home to assess the water issues and provide them with an estimate for work that we would need to do so that they never get water in their basement again. One of our Foremen, Moises Chantes, and his crew installed this project. They installed our WaterGuard drainage system around the entire perimeter of the basement below the floor to collect water. Then they installed our SuperSump Plus sump pump with a battery backup to take the collected water and pump it out of the home at a safe distance. They installed a half wall of CleanSpace vapor barrier to lead water coming in from the walls into the drains, and just overall protect from moisture. These systems will keep the basement dry, giving the homeowner peace of mind!

This was the basement that would be waterproofed and the area in which we would install the sump pump.

SuperSump Plus

Our crew installed a SuperSump Plus sump pump with a battery backup to pump out water collected through the drainage system. The battery backup can pump out 11,500 gallons of water on a full charge.

WaterGuard and CleanSpace

Our team installed our WaterGuard drainage system below the floor along the entire perimeter of the basement. This is done by jackhammering the ground, laying down the drains, and then covering them with new concrete to be flush with the floor. It will collect water coming from the walls or floors. CleanSpace will also help lead water from thew walls into the drains below and act as a vapor barrier.
