Basement in need of a waterproofing system
This home was getting water seepage in the basement and needed a permanent solution to get water out of the home all of the time.
TripleSafe Sump Pump and More!
Our crew installed our TripleSafe sump pump that works to pump water out of the basement at a safe distance from the home. It uses three pumps; a primary, a secondary, and a battery backup that can pump out over 11,000 gallons on a full charge. They also installed our WaterGuard drain system which our CleanSpace wall system is tied into. The CleanSpace will protect from vapor as well as direct water from the walls into the drains. Our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier (on left) works to prevent any moisture in the air and prevent mold from growing. No moisture in the air means no mold growth.
WaterGuard
Our crew installed WaterGuard drains below the floors around the perimeter of the basement to collect any water coming in from the walls or floors. It gets installed by jackhammering the floors, installing the drains below, and then covering them with concrete. All the water collected gets directed into the sump pump.
