A homeowner in Watertown, CT was getting water in their basement and was looking for a proper solution so they called us at Connecticut Basement Systems. After scheduling an appointment, one of our Sales Consultants, Gus Stozinic, went out to the home to assess the issues and provide them with a solution. Once a plan was developed it would soon be time for one of our Foremen, Cisco Berrios, and his crew to work on the installation. They installed our TripleSafe sump pump. This works with three pumps; a primary, a secondary, and a battery backup so that way the pump is always running no matter the circumstance. It will pump water coming into the basement out of the home through a proper discharge line that the crew installed as well. Now with this pump, the area in the basement that was getting water, will no longer be an issue.
