Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Waterproofing Systems in Norwalk, CT
A homeowner in Norwalk, CT was getting water in their basement and called us at Connecticut Basement Systems to have us find a solution for their problems. After scheduling an appointment, one of our Sales Consultants, Chuck Stofko, went out to the home to assess the issues and propose a way to solve them. He informed the homeowner that they would need our waterproofing systems to keep their basement completely dry.
The next step in the process would be for one of our Foremen, Krzysztof Wilk, and his team to work on the installation of this job. They installed our DryTrak drain system along the bottom of the floor. This specific drain system is used for monolithic foundations. This will collect water coming in from the walls or floors and drain it into the sump pump. The pump they installed was a TripleSafe. This will pump out any water that comes into the basement at a safe distance away from the home. This is done through a proper discharge line that the team also installed. Now this basement will stay dry with our systems working together!

Waterproofing Systems
Our crew installed a DryTrak drain system. This is specifically for monolithic foundations that make it hard to install drains below the foundation. This will collect water and direct it into the TripleSafe sump pump that we installed. This sump pump works with three pumps; a primary, a secondary, and a battery backup to ensure water will always get pumped out no matter the circumstance. The crew also installed a CleanSpace vapor barrier behind the DryTrak to ensure that the wall is protected and any water coming in from the walls goes into the DryTrak.
