After they scheduled an appointment, one of our Sales Representatives, Tony DiLonardo, went to the home to assess the issues and provide them with a proper solution.  Then the next step would be for one of our Foremen, Delfino Mones, and his team to install this job. They installed a WaterGuard perimeter drain system below the floor to collect any water coming in from floors or walls. Then they installed a TripleSafe sump pump to take all that collected water and pump it out of the home at a safe distance.
