Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Waterproofing Systems in Ossining, NY

A homeowner in Ossining, NY was getting water in their basement that was causing damage. They called us at Connecticut Basement Systems to have us come out and solve this problem. After scheduling an appointment, one of our Sales Consultants, Steven Godbout, went out to the home to assess the issues and provide a solution. He informed the homeowner that they would need our waterproofing systems to protect the basement.  Once the project was approved, it would soon be time for one of our Foremen, Moises Chantes, and his crew to begin the installation.  They installed a WaterGuard perimeter drain system that will collect water coming in from the walls or floors. They also installed a TrenchDrain, which is essentially an open drain that if water were to come in, would go right through that into the WaterGuard, then into the sump pump. They installed a TripleSafe sump pump that works using 3 pumps, one of which is a battery backup. This will ensure any water that comes in will get pumped out of the home at a safe distance. A proper discharge line was installed outside so that the water gets pumped out far enough away from the home. Now this basement will stay dry for the long term!
