A homeowner in Fairfield, CT had an existing sump pump that was not getting water out of the basement. They called us at Connecticut Basement Systems to have us provide a solution. After scheduling an appointment, one of our Sales Consultants, Don Godbout, went to assess the issues and proposed a new sump pump installation.  Soon it would be time for one of our Foremen, Antonio Diaz, and his team to work on the installation. They installed one of our TripleSafe sump pumps. This pump uses two strong pumps along with one battery backup pump to ensure that any water that may come into the basement will get pumped out no matter what. The discharge line they installed along with it will ensure that the water will get discharged out of the home at a safe distance. Now if this basement gets water, it will get properly pumped out of the home, keeping the basement dry.
