Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Waterproofing Systems in Ardsley, NY

A customer in Ardsley, NY was getting water in their basement and had existing water damage. They called us at Connecticut Basement Systems to find a solution to their problem. Once an appointment was set, it would be time for one of our Sales Consultants, Vin Orsini, to go to the home to estimate the issues and provide a solution. Once a job was proposed it would then be time for one of our Foremen, Cisco Berrios, and his team to get started on the installation. They installed a WaterGuard perimeter drain system below ground to capture any water that might seep in. Then they installed a TripleSafe sump pump that will collect and pump out the water from the home at a safe distance through a discharge line. The crew also installed CleanSpace on the walls to act as a vapor barrier and protect it from any moisture. Now this basement is dry and the homeowner no longer has to worry about water issues!

Our team installed this sump pump that is a three-pump system, with one of those pumps working off a battery backup incase of any outages.

WaterGuard and CleanSpace

WaterGuard was installed below the perimeter of the basement to collect any water that comes in through the walls or floors. CleanSpace was installed to act as a vapor barrier and protect the whole basement from moisture.
