TrenchDrain
Water used to flow through the basement entranceway, damaging the interior of the home. To catch water before it has a chance to enter the room, we installed the TrenchDrain grated drainage system. The grate is flush or slightly below the floor, eliminating any tripping hazard.
DryTrak Perimeter Drain
To prevent water from seeping up through the wall-floor joint and causing more damage, we installed the DryTrak perimeter drain. It stops water from penetrating the basement, and redirects it to the sump pump.
TripleSafe Sump Pump System
A good sump pump is integral to keeping a basement dry. The SuperSump is our best system, with three pumps for protection. It includes a battery backup pump, so even if the power goes out, the space will remain dry!
