Standing Water
Standing water in a basement is the result of poor drainage, and can cause problems that range from mold to property damage.
Flooded Basement
The water in this basement had nowhere to go because the drainage system didn't pump water out of the basement fast enough. The WaterGuard perimeter drainage system we installed, however, stops water before it even enters the basement, so this will never be a problem again.
Moldy Basement
The standing water and humidity in the air created the perfect environment for mold. The best way to get rid of mold is to stop it at the source by dehumidifying a basement; mold can't grow in a dry basement.
Old Sump Pump
This old sump pump couldn't pump out all the water that pooled in the basement. It was not powerful enough, and kept clogging.
TripleSafe Sump Pump
We replaced the old sump pump with our best, most reliable sump pump, the TripleSafe. The TripleSafe includes three sump pumps: a primary pump, a secondary pump that can work alongside the first pump in case of heavy flooding or alone if the first pump fails, and a backup battery pump that will keep your basement dry, even in power outages.
CleanSpace Walls
As an extra measure of protection, we installed CleanSpace walls around the perimeter of this basement. CleanSpace is a vapor barrier that will not let any water flow through the walls and into the basement. Instead, it redirects the water to the drainage system to be pumped out of the home.
