Foundation Cracks
Though these cracks do not threaten the foundation, they create a space which water can flow through, and can result in flooding if not properly addressed.
Severely Cracked Wall
This concrete basement foundation had cracked and was allowing water to seep through the gaps.
Installation of CleanSpace
This CleanSpace, in the process of installation, will stop water vapor from leaking into the basement, and instead redirect it to the drainage system.
Drainage Line
The CleanSpace liner tucks neatly into the WaterGuard perimeter floor drain, so any water that leaks through the wall cracks will be drained away.
Installed CleanSpace
In addition to acting as a vapor barrier, the CleanSpace adds a clean, bright, look to this basement. It's also treated with UltraFresh antimicrobial finish, so it will never support the growth of mold.
Pouring Concrete
Once the WaterGuard is installed, it is covered in concrete. Our team will level it with the floor, ensuring a permanent solution to the water problem.
SuperSump Basin
The basin for the SuperSump sump pump houses the powerful Zoeller M53 pump, which can pump up to 2,220 gallons per hour at an 8' head. It is resistant to clogging, and is made of cast-iron so it will never overheat.
WaterGuard and SuperSump
The WaterGuard drain empties directly into the SuperSump system, where it will be pumped out of the house.
Installed SuperSump
Our team just finished installing and cementing around the SuperSump sump pump system. This will provide the owners with a dry basement for years to come!
