Water Seeping Through Walls
Though the most common area for water to enter the home is through the wall-floor joint, this home had a large volume of water enter the house through the walls. To stop this at the source, our team installed BrightWall wall panels. BrightWall is a rigid plastic sheeting that acts as a vapor barrier and redirects all water to the perimeter drain, where it can then be pumped out of the house.
Wet Basement Walls
An excess of water on the walls can lead to problems, including mold or other unsightly problems. It's important to get rid of this water before it can do any damage.
Pumping Water Out of the Basement
After water has been collected by the BrightWall panels and redirected to the WaterGuard drain, it needs to be pumped out of the house. Our SuperSump is an ideal sump pump for this. The SuperSump includes a powerful Zoeller® ⅓ horsepower cast-iron sump pump, capable of pumping 2,500 gallons of water per hour out of your basement!
Water Flowing Down Stairs
Despite how often water seeps into a home through a hatch or other basement entrance, it is not commonly thought of as a problem. However, we designed a product specifically to stop water from entering the basement this way. The TrenchDrain is uniquely designed to span doorways, hatchway entrances, and similar entryway doors. Any water passing over the drain is collected through the openings and redirected to your sump pump.
