Water Seeping from Wall-Floor Joint
Since most basements, including this one, flood from the wall-floor joint, one of the most common ways to stop the flooding is to install a perimeter drainage system along the edge of the basement floor. Our WaterGuard system is perfect for this. It's resistant to clogs, has easy-to-access service ports, and can also collect leaking water from the basement walls.
Water Leaking from Door
One way that water can flow into your home is through a hatch or other basement entranceway. To stop water from entering the basement, we could install a TrenchDrain. The TrenchDrain would catch water at the edge of the door before it seeped into your home, and then redirect it to a sump pump system to be pumped out of the house.
Pooling Water in the Basement
A perimeter drain system is perfect for keeping water our of the basement, but after it is collected, it needs to be pumped out so it doesn't pool. Our TripleSafe sump pump system is the ideal choice for a basement that experiences large a large volume of water seeping into it. The TripleSafe includes an airtight lid, primary pump, secondary pump, and battery backup sump pump, so your home will be safe against floods!
