Water Seeping Through Walls
The water seeping through the walls in this home needed to be cut and sealed against water so no further damage occurs. To stop water from leaking into the basement, our team installed a CleanSpace barrier.
TripleSafe Sump Pump Wystem
We installed the TripleSafe sump pump system to drain water from the home and prevent the pooling seen in this picture. The TripleSafe features an airtight lid to prevent water vapor from escaping, openings for two drainage lines, a floor drain, electrical lines and a WaterWatch alarm.
Water Stained Wall
To prevent water stains like this, our team installed CleanSpace around the perimeter of the basement. CleanSpace 20 mil vapor barrier is puncture and tear resistant, and will redirect any water from the outside into a drainage system.
Poor Drainage in Home
After water is stopped at the CleanSpace barrier, it needs to exit the basement. To achieve this, our team installed a WaterGuard perimeter drain. The WaterGuard System is an innovative interior French drain that captures water before it reaches the basement floor, then transports the water to a sump pit, where it will be pumped out of the home.
