Basement Waterproofing - North Granby, CT Hatchway Stairs

The hatchway stairs leading to this North Granby, CT basement were allowing water to enter the area. To prevent this in the future we installed a trench drain at the base of staircase. This open grated drain collects water into the perimeter drainage system, and it is then pumped out of the basement, keeping the area dry.
