Basement Waterproofing - Basement Stairs in Sterling, CT

The basement of this Sterling, CT home had problems with water flowing in from the outdoor staircase. To solve this issue, we installed our TrenchDrain™ Grated Drainage Pipe at the base of the stairs. It's installed either flush with the floor or slightly below and is connected with the perimeter drainage system. The grated opening takes water in and guides it to the drainage system and out of the basement. The home now has a dry basement.
