Wet Floors
When we arrived at this basement, we found that the inadequate drainage system led to wet basement floors and even flooding.
Old Sump Pump
This old sump pump wasn't able to pump the water out of this basement. We replaced it with our TripleSafe sump pump system. The TripleSafe includes an airtight lid, primary pump, secondary pump, and battery backup sump pump to ensure that the basement remains dry.
Wet Basement Floors
Water used to seep through the wall-floor joint and pool on the floor of this home. To stop the water at its source, we installed the WaterGuard perimeter drain. WaterGuard is resistant to clogs, has easy-to-access service ports, and can collect leaking water from the basement walls as well as the wall-floor joint. No water was able to pass through the WaterGuard.
