Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: WaterGuard and BrightWall in Winstead, CT

This Winstead home had a water issue in the basement and the garage that was a nuisance to the homeowners. They not only wanted to solve their water issue, but also make the space more accommodating to use. With this is mind, they decided to reach out to Connecticut Basement Systems. We were able to transform this area into a dry and usable space. A WaterGuard  system was installed to control the water, channeling it to the TripleSafe  sump pump and discharging it away from the home. BrightWall  was installed on the wall to give it a fresh look while keeping the area insulated. ThermalDry flooring was installed in the basement to make for a more comfortable room, keeping the floors warmer than concrete. A SaniDry Sedona was also installed to keep humidity levels below 55%, which will create a healthy air quality. With all these products combined, the area was transformed into a dry and usable space.
