The combination of these two systems will keep the basement dry. The ground water will be collected by the WaterGuard before it has a chance to seep through the floors of the basement. Then the water is channeled to the TripleSafe sump pump where the water is discharged away from the home by a discharge line. In addition to this system, CleanSpace liner was applied to the concrete walls of the basement. This acts as a moisture barrier and will prevent any water seepage from coming through the walls.   This is exactly what the homeowner needed and was pleased with the results!
