The Problem Crack
This was a pretty intense basement wall crack that was allowing water seep through.
Evidence of Water Damage
The discoloration you see on the basement wall is an indicator of water damage done to the wall. It also makes the basement look dirty and uninviting. Not addressing the problem will only make it worse.
FlexiSpan in Progress
The FlexiSpan system is almost done being installed. The crack was sealed with the system. A water drainage system can be installed to allow any future water seepage to properly be drained. The system is placed and backfilled with gravel as you can see in this photo.
Completed Installation of FlexiSpan
This is the final photo of the project completed. The water drainage system is sealed with cement and now the crack is no longer a concern for the homeowner!
