A great benefit of the FlexiSpan is that it can be combined to our waterproofing system. Instead of the water leaking onto the wall, the water will be led from the crack to the port where the water will channel to the sump pump.

This is what the crack in the wall originally looked like. Just from the looks of it, a "quick fix" was just not going to solve this problem. The FlexiSpan Step-by-Step Process
The FlexiSpan system is a 3 part process. The first step is to apply the flexible sealant along the crack. Next, a strip of flexible and porous foam is installed over the crack. Lastly, an impermeable membrane is adhered to the wall. This allows any future water seepage through the crack to discretely move down into the drainage system below.

With the crack properly sealed and having provided future seepage a proper way to escape, this wall crack problem has been solved. The homeowner is pleased with the results!
