Before, this Stafford basement was dreary and had a lot of air and moisture leakage. The concrete walls were porous which allowed air to flow freely.
WaterGuard System Installed
The WaterGuard system was installed to waterproof the basement. This system is installed below the ground to collect water internally.
Sump Pump System
The water is then channeled to our SuperSump pump. The sump pump will take the water and discharge it away from the home.
Trench Drains
Trench Drains are installed around the doors to ensure that any water will be drained correctly to the sump pump system.
Zen Walls
Zen walls are also installed after the WaterGuard system. These durable walls prevent air and moisture to flow through. Not only are they practical but it gives the basement a fresh, clean look. The homeowner was impressed with his waterproof basement!
