Drainage Mat
First, drainage matts were placed and then CleanSpace Liner was placed on top. This will prevent water or moisture from entering the crawl space.
Air Sealing
The supporting beams of the crawl space were air sealed to ensure that no air would pass through.

CleanSpace liner was installed on the walls to prevent moisture from entering. With no moisture, mold growth will be prevented.
