WaterGuard System
The WaterGuard System is installed below the ground around the perimeter of the basement walls. It is then backfilled with gravel and then paved over with cement. (Which is the wet cement you seee in this photo) This system will capture the water before it enters the basement and lead it to a sump pump to properly get discharged.
Triple Safe Sump Pump and SaniDry Sedona
Once the water is led to the TripleSafe Sump Pump, it is exited through the discharge line outside of the basement. The SaniDry Sedona is also installed to keep the humidity low in the area, improving the health condition of the entire basement. The homeowner was impressed with all the products and how well they all worked!
