WaterGuard System
A WaterGuard system was placed below the ground to collect water before it even enters the basement. It then channels the water to a sump pump to exit the water through a discharge line away from the basement. The WaterGuard System is concealed with wet cement which is what you can see in this photo along the peremiter of the basement.
No Challenge Too Hard
We are able to go around objects like water heaters and furnaces with the WaterGuard System.
CleanSpace Liner
CleanSpace Liner is used on the walls to prevent moisture and air from entering the basement.
Sump Pump and Sedona
The TripleSafe Sump pump is installed to effectively remove any water that enters the WaterGuard system. A SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier was also installed to keep humidity low and improve the overall air quality. The homeowners are impressed with their dry and healthy basement!
