A wet basement can lead to an unhealthy and smelly environment. This was unacceptable for this homeowner.
WaterGuard System
We installed our WaterGuard system to ensure that this basement will stay dry all year long. This system is installed below the ground around the perimeter of the basement where it will collect water and send it to the sump pump. From the sump pump the water is discharged away from the basement.
CleanSpace Liner
CleanSpace Liner was also installed on the walls of the basement to prevent air and moisture from seeping through. Without this seepage, the basement will stay dry which will also provide cleaner air!
