Before Basement
You can see some of the water damage that was apparent in the basement. The discoloration on the floor is a clear indicator of a wet basement.
WaterGuard System
A WaterGuard system was installed below the ground around the perimeter of the basement walls. This will internally collect water that would have otherwise enter the basement. It is then concealed with wet cement which is what you see in this photo.
TripleSafe Sump Pump
The TripleSafe sump pump will discharge any water collected from the WaterGuard system away from the home.
