Leaking Crack in the wall
This crack in the wall was pretty intense. You can even see a lot of discoloration from the water seeping through.

FlexiSpan was applied to the crack to properly seal it. FlexiSpan will permanently stop water leakage through basement wall cracks.
Compatible with WaterGuard drainage system
The water that would have seeped through the wall crack is channeled to the WaterGuard system and channeled to a sump pump.
TripleSafe Sump Pump and SaniDry
Once the water reaches the TripleSafe sump pump, it is discharged away from the basement. A SaniDry Sedona was also installed to keep humidity low and the air quality will drastically improve! The homeowners were very happy with all the products installed!
