Insufficient Sump Pump
This was the old sump pump. It clearly was not discharging the water properly which could be a reason for the flooding. This system had to go.
Basement Before
Water was a frequent visitor in this basement.

CleanSpace Liner was placed on the walls of the basement to prevent moisture from seeping through. Under the wet cement in the photo is the WaterGuard System. This system collects the water internally before it enters the basement and then channels it to the sump pump.

The TripleSafe Sump Pump (wow, what a difference from before!) collects the water from the WaterGuard System and discharges it away from the home. Now this homeowner can enjoy a clean, dry basement all year long.
