Wet Basement
As you can see from the photo, there are wet spots in the basemnet. This is an obvious water problem.
WaterGuard System Installed
A WaterGuard system as well as a TrenchDrain were installed to ensure that water would not enter the basement. The system is under the wet cement in the photo.
Sump Pump Installed
Our sump pump receives the water from the WaterGuard system and it brings it outside the home through a discharge line.
CleanSpace Liner
A CleanSpace Liner was placed on the walls to prevent air and moisture from entering the basement. The homeowner was thrilled with all the products and how well they worked together.
