Air Leakage through Cracked Walls
This basement had walls that would seep moisture and air into the basement. This caused the basement to be drafty and have a musty odor.
Installation of the WaterGuard
The WaterGuard system is installed internally around the perimeter of the walls. It is excavated and then installed. Then, is back filled with gravel.
Pavement over the System
Once installed, the system is paved over with cement. The system will collect water internally and channel it to a sump pump.
CleanSpace Install on the Walls
CleanSpace is installed over the walls to prevent moisture and air from entering the basement.
SaniDry
A Sedona SaniDry system was also installed into the basement to keep humidity low. With low humidity, the musty odor will be eliminated and this will also stop any mold growth. Needless to say, the homeowner was thrilled with the results!
