Basement Waterproofing in Valhalla, NY

A homeowner located in Valhalla, NY was getting water seepage in their basement with heavy rains. They called us at Connecticut Basement Systems to find a permanent solution. We sent our Salesman, Chris Klonaridis, to the home to assess the basement and propose our waterproofing solutions. 

Soon after, it would be time for one of our Foremen, Marcio, and his team to install the proposed job. They installed our WaterGuard drainage system below the floor, around the entire perimeter of the basement to capture water seepage. Then our SuperSump Plus sump pump was put in to take the collected water and pump it safely out of the home. Our battery backup pump was installed along with it to ensure water can be pumped out in case of a power outage during a storm. CleanSpace vapor barrier was installed on the walls to protect from moisture and help lead water into the drains below. 

Now this basement will stay dry and the homeowner is left with nothing but great peace of mind for the next time it rains!
