Basement Waterproofing - New Canaan, CT

A homeowner in New Canaan was getting water seepage in their basement, so they reached out to us at Connecticut Basement Systems to find a permanent solution to this. One of our Salesmen, Rick Raucci, went to the home to assess the issues and propose a waterproofing system. 

One of our Foremen, Antonio Diaz, and his crew installed this job. They installed our WaterGuard drainage system below the floor to collect water coming into the basement. Then they installed our CleanSpace vapor barrier on the wall. Our TripleSafe sump pump was installed to take the collected water and pump it out of the home at a safe distance. 

With our systems in place, this basement will stay dry and the homeowner has peace of mind knowing this issue will never happen again.
