Basement Waterproofing in Larchmont, NY

A homeowner in Larchmont, NY had water seepage in their basement. They wanted a full perimeter waterproofing system, so they called us at Connecticut Basement Systems to receive an estimate and find a solution. One of our Sales Consultants, Tony Van Deusen, went to the home to evaluate the basement and give them a proposal for a waterproofing system. 

Next, it would be time for one of our Foremen, Garfield Sanderson, and his team to install the system. Our WaterGuard drainage system was put in to collect water from the walls and floors and direct it into our sump pump. Our TripleSafe sump pump would then discharge the collected from the home at a safe distance. Our CleanSpoace vapor barrier was installed on the walls to protect from moisture. This basement will now stay dry all the time thanks to our waterproofing products!
