A homeowner in Wallingford had water coming into her basement due to past heavy rains. She reached out to us at Connecticut Basement Systems and set an appointment with one of our Sales Consultants, Alexz Lopez. He went to the home to evaluate the basement and determine the best solution to eliminate this water problem for good! 

Eventually, it would be time for one of our Foremen, Moises Chantes, and his team to install this job. They installed our WaterGuard drainage system around the entire perimeter, below the floor to capture water coming in from the walls and floors. Then they installed our TripleSafe sump pump to discharge that collected water safely from the home. As another layer of protection, they added our CleanSpace vapor barrier to the walls to protect from moisture and direct water into the drains below. Now this basement will stay dry all the time, ensuring this customer is left happy and worry-free!
