Basement Finishing Photo Album: Finishing a Basement in Derby, CT

A homeowner in Derby was looking to have their basement finished and turned into a family room. One of our Sales Consultants, Mick Foster, met with the homeowner to design their space and use our basement finishing products to create a basement they can use and love forever. One of our Total Basement Finishing crews worked on this project. They installed our EverLast Perimeter wall system, ThermalDry Elite Plank flooring, EverLast basement windows, linen drop ceilings, new doors, and finishing touches. Our basement finishing products are made of inorganic material so that mold cannot grow on anything! With this finished space, the homeowner has so much more potential in their home and can use it for whatever they've been dreaming of!

Beautiful New Basement

Our crew installed our EverLast perimeter wall system which is durable and long-lasting. It won't be affected by moisture because it's made of inorganic material. Our ThermalDry Elite Plank flooring was installed and can make the floors up to ten degrees warmer. New doors were installed, as well as our EverLast basement windows.

Ceilings and Other Finishing Touches

A new drop ceiling was installed with linen tiles to hide the floor joists above. Trim, molding, and post boxouts were installed to bring the whole room together and give it a high-end look. Electrical and heat were installed by our crews as well.
