Before Basement Finishing
Before we came in and finished this space, it was cold and drab, and not fit for any use but storage.
ZenWall Panels
We covered the cold cement walls with our ZenWall paneling. Each ZenWall panel has an insulated core and a reflective radiant barrier backing. Working together, these features keep your basement more comfortable and eliminate contact with cold, clammy concrete walls.
EverLast Windows
In addition to putting up ZenWall, we also installed new basement windows. Basement windows are important for a basement; they provide natural lighting. However, the old basement windows in this home were made of steel, and started to leak because they were rusty. We replaced them with our EverLast windows. EverLast windows are energy-efficient, vinyl-framed replacement windows designed with double-paned, low-E glass. They are much more energy efficient than the single-paned, steel-framed windows that are the industry standard, and will not leak.
