Total basement finishing in Wethersfield
Challenge
The M. family wanted a playroom and family area for them and their kids. They had a semi finished basement and there was a lot of cement around that could have hurt the children. There were water spots from previous water damage in the ceiling tiles. The overall look of the basement was not the "family" look that they wanted. The basement was waterproofed but it wasnt an area that they could live in.
Solution
To replace the old walls we put in our beautiful Everlast Wall Panels. The wall panels are mold and rot resistant and come with a 50 year warranty. Now to replace the unpaded carpet that the homeowners had we installed our Thermal Dry Basement Flooring System. Our flooring system is stain resistant and will not support mold or mildew, and available in a variety of colors. Lastly we installed our ceiling tile system in the place of their damaged tiles. The tiles also had a finishing touch of beautiful recess lighting.
