More importantly, I wanted to let you know that I reached out your team recently to complete a small job at my house, replacing a poorly installed and partially rotted door and frame in my walk out basement. Since I spend a lot of my day taking complaints, I like to send out compliments when a job goes well. 

Your team was really great to work with. I was on a tight timeline, and the phone sales person was originally telling me a few weeks to get an estimate. But I was connected to Vin Orsini and he helped expedite the job. The entire job done in just a few weeks. 

Bill Anderson came for the install with an apprentice (Dave I think). Bill was really exceptional. Not only did he do a great job on the door, but was very professional, and took the time to explain what they were doing and check that nothing else needed to be fixed. He even asked me if I had extra grout for the tile floor (which I did), and he took the time to replace the grout line behind the door to complete the finished look. He even brought some gravel with him for the ground outside the door. I was not expecting any of that.

So it was a small job, but your team gets an A+ in my book.
