Overall great experience, particularly with Bruce Blanchette. He was enthusiastic about what he does and was quite accessible throughout the entire process as I had many quesstions and the reason I decided to go with CT Basement Systems. The experience with the production team and installers validated my decision. I'm still a little skeptical that the entire issue has been resolved, I suppose time will tell
The house remained clean after each phase. Staff was courteous and professional. Impressed with the quality of the work
On the day of our installation I noticed that a portion of the basemanet was not waterproofed. The installer said he was not supposed to do the area I questioned. I contacted the production who verified that it was in fact supposed to be taken care, they contacted the installation team immediately and the corrected the problem
Bruce is the reason we bought tis system. We had gotten another price from on a similar system but because of Bruce's enthusiasm and accessibility for follow-up questions is what sold the job
again courteous and professional.
Great job particularly the basement renovation team, it was like they were never there
