not too patient with me on the phone when I called to determine how I was going to handle my pets during the installation - I did understand afterwards that it really did depend on condition of cement and process was quick - but I think the staff could have been more patient and assuring. I have a dog with some real issues and have to plan things pretty carefully whenever someone comes into the home.
