Didn't really have much interaction with them besides a voice mail or two.
Sales Process
Having to watch videos was a little silly. I could have done that on my own time. He was very thorough in going through my basement and I liked that he was a previous installer.
Our Installation Crew
The crew obviously worked very hard and fast. I'm very satisfied with their work.
The Cleanup Process
They left the place probably cleaner than it was when they arrived.
