Job review from Candy in Plantsville, CT 06479 on 10/02/24

I was really happy with the service person. He made some phone calls to supervisors to allow me to buy the dehumidifier with a credit card and got the approval. Had he not done that I would not have been able to buy the dehumidifier which my basement definately needed. The service person was honest and upfront about the policy change and was patient with me when I needed to make a few phone calls about how to proceed financially if I was unable to use a credit card.
