We were having water in our basement even though we have a Basement Waterproofing system. We'd had our water system checked the day before and the technician said that there was water leaking somewhere in the house but she couldn't determine where. Your technician walked in, we showed him the wet floor, and he immediately traced it to the boiler leaking. We called our boiler people, they fixed the leak, and no more water. We were very relieved that our Basement System was still in tact and working.

Everyone was pleasant but we did have an issue in that we made an appointment and moved our schedules around and then were informed a few days before the appointment that it had to be changed.

He was not only friendly and delightful, but he instantly figured out a problem no one else had spotted.

Checked everything, the sumps were fine, the basement system was fine, and he directed us to who we needed to call to fix our boiler leak.
