Call Representative
Dehumidifier picked up for repair- I called many times trying to get information on when it would be ready- was told would get a call, never happened. I called again, was told someone would call me (again)- no call received. I called again, asked for customer service, was told there is none but person offered to help- I explained, was told someone would call me. Again no one called. I left a direct message with the service manager and general manager- neither called me back. I called again simply asking for a time line, I live very close to you- finally I was told it was ready but I had to wait another approx 2 weeks for delivery because that was when my service call was scheduled- even though I am literally down the road from you. The people I spoke with were kind, and tried to help me. I am sharing this detail because your process needs to be improved re responsiveness and communication. I have your entire system, just spent another 3,000 dollars on upgrades, I have been referring people to you, my wife is in real estate and has been doing the same- you do terrific work. Our home business was at risk re merchandise due to waiting for dehumidifier- I explained to all who would listen, but there was no communication and therefore no sense of responsiveness.
